Cartridge Heater Working Principle

1. Working Principle

Electric cartridge heater, also known as single-end tubular heater, one end can heat, another end is cold end. It is made of a metal tube put into the resistance alloy wire as the heating materials, the alloy wire is filled with good insulation high purity magnesium oxide as filler. The product features high power, high thermal efficiency, and fast heat dissipation.
